Some of the most soured customer service I’ve ever received in my life. I Inquired as to making a purchase, got transferred three times before being blessed with “Mike”. I wanted to make a purchase, he says I can’t disclose price to you, but I can disclose availability. I told him I was interested in buying the part, He says I can’t sell one to you without an account. I stated I have a corporate W9 and all the other information required and needed to create an account. Can you set one up for me. No, I cannot with his response. I inquired what were they in business for if they didn’t have any interest in conducting business? At that point, it was obvious to me that he was just toying with me, and it was obviously amusing him. Needless to say moving onto the next vendor. They must have all the accounts they need? I bet their stock holders would take a different view. I work for a fortune 500 company which obviously had no appeal or interest to this business. TJ KOHLAR IS WITHOUT EXCEPTION ONE OF THE BEST SALES REPS YOU'LL EVER HAVE THE PLEASURE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH. NOT ONLY IS HE KNOWLEDGEABLE OF HIS FIELD, MORE SO THAN MANY INSTALLERS I KNOW, BUT HE WILL GO OUT OF HIS WAY TO FIND THOSE ODDBALL SOLUTIONS FOR THE HARD TO SOLVE INSTALLS. THROUGH THE YEARS TJ HAS BEEN MORE HELPFUL TECH SUPPORT THAN MANY COMPANIES' ACTUAL TECH SUPPORT SPECIALISTS, AND I'LL ADMIT I PROBABLY HAVE ABUSED THAT SKILL SET OF HIS ON MORE THAN ONE PROJECT. BOTTOM LINE, IF YOU WANT A SALES REP/VENDOR THAT KNOWS HIS STUFF, AND WILL GO THE EXTRA MILE TO FIND YOU THE ANSWERS ON THE RARE OCCASION THAT HE DOESN'T KNOW THEM OFF THE TOP OF HIS HEAD, TJ AND MIDSTATE ARE YOUR BEST BET.
