Picture taken at 12:16 today (Friday). Early bird adult session is 10am - 1pm. I've waited 10mins for someone to check me in but no one showed. Parking lot is full and music is blasting inside. If you're gonna abandon your post, cool. At least circle back every min or two. But for me to just stand for 10mins is pretty disappointing especially when there's plenty of time left in the session upon my arrival. They have a camera pointing at the door so either they seen me and decided not to let me skate, they don't work, or they don't look at it. At least have a buzzers or bell to let you know someone is here, for convenience and security reasons. Very disappointing as I love skating and never been so ignored and neglected at a rink EVER. Seems to be a common trend in Detroit for people to not work during...

First time here and we had a fairly good experience. Staff was efficient working security and tickets.

The skating floor, seating, and lockers are in acceptable shape. Bathrooms are "ok".

Music selection was fun to skate to. I do have concerns about the overall decibel level and loudness. My ears should not be ringing after going to skate for two hours, but they are a couple days later.

Parents with children in the building should also be very cautious of the sound volume, as their young ears can be easily damaged.

I recommend decreasing the volume of music by about 20%. A decibel meter should be used to confirm that the system won't do...

Overall a great place and good vibes. Just wish the update it some more and it’ll be the BEST SKATING RINK in the city.
