I would not advise ANYONE to spend there money here! I simply was looking and reading reviews on the doors that I was purchasing. The white lady had to be in here 50 was very sassy and ask me to hurry up and decide on what I wanted because she (her words) “had stuff to do”. She ask me to take the flyer and come back when I knew what I wanted because she had other stuff to do. I felt that was very unprofessional. HORRIBLE!!!! LIARS!!! I ordered entry and storm doors back in June to have them installed by the fall/winter. I even allowed poor excuses and extra time bc of the pandemic. But it was delay after delay.😤 A total mix up of them ordering the wrong doors. 😠Going back n forth to check on my order. Finally they told me the doors be ready the 1st wk in January. I was appalled at the poor customer service and the manner in which the staff talked to us as customers! The lady at the counter was kind of combative and very rude when I was explaining that the contractor sent me up there to look at doors. They could always relocate the business if they are not comfortable in the location they are in..(.judging by the security gate in place during business hours).
