Mountain High Grocery — Local services in Detroit

Consider stopping at the Idanha General Store, instead. This place price gouges and is often crowded. They don't allow people to use their indoor bathrooms: you get poorly maintained portapots. They've recently even removed the trash and recycling bins -- I guess providing even this most basic of service (a place to dispose of waste from products just purchased here) was too much.

Under new ownership as of the 4th of Jan 2022. This use to be our favorite place to stop on our trips from Bend to the valley. The old owners took great care of each customer like family. The price of everything is crazy, the customer service is trash, the employees look like they are being held hostage by the new owners. On top of all that you are not allowed to use the restrooms there anymore….? So sad to see a piece of our culture in regards to how folks in the small towns of Oregon treat each other go away. Purchased a product that was defective and when I tried to return it, the two very rude cashiers said they didn't know the return policy and suggested I come back when the manager was in the next day. I do not live in Detroit, so i had to call instead. Was told by the manager that all sales are final. There is no sign stating this, I was not told this when I made my purchase, and its not on the receipt. She wouldn't budge and practically hung up on me.
