Have been here twice. I can say that if you are looking for a judgement free family style game this is the place. Smalltown carefree. Fairways have a great layout and no need to worry with a starter or ranger. Just quiet fairway fun. That being said..... fairways are pretty decent. Greens need work but have potential. Stay off of 4th hole fairway as their are stickers all over the place but it seems to only be that hole. Overall have been contemplating membership as I have kids interested in learning and would feel more comfortable teaching them here than at our current club that stacks tee times...
Read moreCourse is the worse course I've played in texas and one of the worst courses I've ever played.
They have such a cool plot of land, with tons of water accessible, that they don't seem to want to use for the course.
If this course was $10, I would've felt like I paid too much. Not sure what they're trying to do here. Paid $45 to "play," and all but maybe 1 of the greens were distinguishable from the "fairways."
Surprisingly no practice puttint/chipping.
It'd be cool if someone who knew how to run a golf course took over. Until then, won't ever be...
Read morePlayed there today and course looks like they need a maintenance staff/superintendent, rough was tall, fairways long , half the greens were nice the other half not so much,tee boxes covered with ragweed, bunkers looks like they haven't been raked in days and full of weeds, many sprinkler heads leaking.Positive side they are remodeling the clubhouse (instead of putting money into the course)...
