After getting oil change there as I had many times I started noticing small oil spots in driveway. Running a local a/c company and being rather busy I put it off.
The next time when I had oil changed I parked truck at house and when I came back out I had a 6ft round puddle of oil under truck.I pulled dipstick and it was overfilled.
I took the truck directly over to the mechanic. He found it they had overtighten the drain plug and broke the washer off as well as overfilled the oil by at least 4 quarts. Suspect that they never drain the oil the second time I got my oil changed. The oil filter was so loose touched it it it fell off.
I tried repeatedly to go by and at least get a refund on my oil change as I had to completely change it again the next day. Some guy that said he was a supervisor called and said that he looked at the camera and saw that they had remove the oil and put it back in and there was nothing he could do. When I returned I saw that there was absolutely no cameras that he could’ve viewed as he claimed to
There’s a bunch of kids working there that have no training and no supervision . While they’re nice enough all they can tell me if they’re not allowed to give out the supervisor of the owners name or number.
Fortunately I was able to catch it before it blew up a $10,000 motor but if it had I’m sure they would do nothing to help me out without having to go through a court battle.
I’ve talked to others who have had similar experiences there. As a small business owner in the same city I hate to say it but unless you want problems I would take your...
Read moreI brought my truck in to have a simple oil change done that should have been easy. The kid that added the oil overfilled my truck to about an inch past the full line. I drove 6 miles and my truck started knocking. I brought it back and watched them drain about 2 quarts out of my engine to get it to the full line. After leaving the truck made it about 8 miles and shut off. I called to speak with a manager but noone would return my calls. The GM is unprofessional and can't return a customer call and the owner is apparently aware but has no customer service skills to return a customer call. They told me the oil line wasn't overfilled when it left the shop but somehow was over 6 miles down the road. Don't use this shop. No quality control and no customer service whatsoever!
Update: Without any contact from management they posted that they don't have camera footage showing I was there at all and have no knowledge of the complaint. I called again and was told they had forwarded the complaint to the owner and they would...
Read moreStaff and some customers not wearing masks despite signs saying all staff and customers required to do so. I just think people should be aware of this. I have no problems with the actual service, but some people have compromised health issues and this stuff is no joke, which is the reason I am rating so harshly right now. I know we're out in the country, but there's still COVID here too! Mainly in principle, if you're going to post rules that you expect customers and staff to follow and then people show up and you're just going on like those people's lives don't matter, don't post the mask rules in the first place and give people a false expectation of what kind of potential exposure might be going on. Look at Idaho. They didn't take this seriously and now it is spreading faster there. A lot of people I know almost died from this and one guy lost part of his brain. Take it seriously please. There's too many...
