These people are stating that all loads were supposed to be delivered the day prior no matter what the ppwk states. They won't unload you until you pay $50 cash. They admitted they were only collecting this for themselves, not on behave of the company, I wonder if the higher is know this is happening, and they only offer handling written receipts. My BF who is a trucker for over 15 yrs encountered this. He also asked the people in the trucks in line before him. They are doing this because they know most people will pay so they can move onto the next pickup, he spoke to his dispatcher who told him to just pay it and they'll reimburse him. Flatbed picking up OSB. Not log truck or delivery. Flatbeds pull onto scale and check in at computer kiosk right outside ur driver window. Then go to what bay ur assigned. If first time u gotta show ur ID but after that ur in the computer and won’t have to. They load how u ask n where u tell em just communicate. Crane for tarps. Pull out and finish outside the bay so next truck goes in. Easy as it gets. Only time this place is backed up is when drivers are being inconsiderate of other. Be quick but don’t hurry. And throw ur straps but don’t pull forward to tighten them n then back into the bay again for tarping. And just tarp the front b back and pull out not...

My guy Sergio (Lift operator loading trucks) took a horrible situation i was in at this location and made it right and turned my frown upside down. If it wasn't for him I would of totally gave this place a bad review discussing the horrible situation i was in with a 1 star to follow it. Sergio made things right though the minute I brought it to his attention. My only advice is to limit the amount of time someone has in a bay. I waited over 3 hours for 1 truck to strap and tarp before finding Sergio. After that I was loaded, strapped, tarped and gone while the other driver was fighting with his tarps still inside my original assigned bay. THANK YOU...
