I love Palms RV park near Houston, Texas. We have stayed there twice now and both times for a month. Tony the RV manager is an awesome, caring person and runs a tight ship at this park. It is clean, nice big lots and convenient to everything. Walmart, HEB, Walgreens, movies, Kemah, good restaurants, absolutely everything is less than 10 minutes away. And 25 minutes for Galveston Island. The price is very reasonable compared to all the other parks and they allow kids and dogs. A lot of parks out there do not allow kids or dogs and they don't bother to tell you this until you arrive and have already paid the non-refundable deposit. We were a victim of this with Willow Lake RV Resort at $900 a month non-refundable. That place is a joke. There is no pool or fancy weight room at Palms RV Park but I never use those things anyway. I like it because the park has two big areas to walk my dogs, the people are friendly and clean, and Tony always looks out for everyone. The owner could spend a little more on paving the roads and adding some more lighting for evening walks however overall this was an awesome park and we are definitely staying...

I at first liked the place then I moved in things certainly changed. Toni the manager will be nice to your face then talk about you behind your back to everyone and spread your business a real "Peyton Place". Then tells me my neighbors husband was a stalker not only that she went and told a lot of single women if you see his car call 911 but let him stay. My other neighbors wife was called by the manager Toni and was told your husband is letting a17yrs old teen boy vapping NOT telling her his mother was sitting next to him and had her permission. I know this to be true cause when his wife called all pissed off at him I was there. Toni also told his wife that she thought he was cheating on her. So if you enjoy this kind of chaos move in if not save yourself some undue trouble. And I never had a roach in my RV till I moved in she'll say all RV...

Meth central!! Moved trailer out, came back few hrs later to finish getting my stuff. Manager had taken my stuff and moved it to their spot. I moved it back and started loading up. Manager came out took off his jacket and started walking towards me. I started recording him walking up on me and he stopped, flipped me off and continued to stare at me. Like really? Someone needs to shut him down. He's a thief and he really gonna buck up to a female when I'm only retrieving my own trees? Who does he think he is? Always drinking and slinhs meth out his trailer always ready to "put someone in their place" all I have to say is ha! Good luck coming up slinging dope with 3 kids giving with you when your area looks like a whirlwind...
