Went to this furniture store for the first time Friday for a new recliner, after my choice & getting it home over the weekend I was not happy with it, so I went back to the store this morning ( Monday) to speak with someone. They told me to speak with the mgr Keith, he did not even have the courtesy to step out from behind his plexiglass windows to speak with me, but after tell him I was unhappy with my purchase, he told me they could not take the recliner back into the store, He said they would send someone out to look at my issue, I said what is to look at, he said there was nothing he could do, I told him I would certainly.give the store a report, he told me to be sure to say to the public that he offered to send someone out. Great, they have to come out, for the wireless charger in the arm rest does not work, the sales lady said my phone may be too long??? I have a call into corporate in GA, still waiting after 2 hours, What happened to the customer is always right? If you go to Farmers Furniture you best have everything in order bc they are not going to help other than take you money. I will never go back to this store or my family, I knew before I went I should have gone to Florence. This...
   Read moreThis company has harassed my mother over a washing machine for over 3 months now that my grandmother owned. She passed in February and was a loyal customer to this company, paid cash for almost everything she purchased from them. They would not work with my mother on paying off the washing machine and have kept blowing up my mom’s phone asking for her dead mother. After being told multiple times to please note the account that my grandmother had passed they continued to call asking for her and leaving voicemails for her.    Read moreThe moment you miss a payment, as in, the day after its due, they threaten to file suit if not paid within 10 days. I had the money, but my card they had on file had expired and I received a new one, but slipped my mind to update. The manager was very rude over the phone, not willing to understand. So I hung up. And the next day received the threatening letter, mind you, I was going to stop in that afternoon to make payment. Now I'll just wait till day 10. Do not buy from here, they do not believe in customer service, and run their business however the HELL they see fit...
