Took the day off work to take my kids to get their passports. We did not have appointments but they do walk ins. Long story short, the lady was very rude! I was missing their old passport number. I told her I’d be back & she tells me there is a lot of ppl on the schedule & I should just make an appointment. I told her I can wait. Then tells me she has to take a lunch. Worst service and representation of USPS. Beware they're associates will put in the incorrect address and then they can't expedite their own mail to reference your registered address. Then their mail carrier can't even check the address they see on the package and determine that the address is incorrect. Then when your package is going to be return due to their error you have to pay to get intercepted. I can look up an address on Google to get it right but they cant?? I recommend just sending money for Christmas gifts rather than using USPS. At least something...

My mail kept getting not delivered or delivered to the wrong address and getting lost multiple times.
