From the 1st time (over 5 years ago)to date I have always been treated with respect by Cliff & the gang . They have always been willing to help either by finding & getting a part or just maybe giving advice to making it easier and to save money. Weather your there for a car or a radio nob they all make you feel like your their most important customer in the shop. Sometimes its hard to remember your in a Salvage yard the kids love the dog, chickens, ducks & Chiffs daughter. The gentlemen, and I mean gentlemen, here are outstanding in the services they provide, in addition to being polite and never a foul word out of any of them. Normally they have you drive your own car in, wait in the car while they work on it and back it out yourself which is what I usually do. Yesterday I requested Josh back my car out as the ramp.has expected ice on it and my car is not good on ice. Not only did he do perfectly as asked, another technician extended his arm to assist me in walking up to the lot where Josh had turned my car around and backed to us so I didn't have to walk around the car to the driver's side. Cliff was great. Our daughter is a student at UMF and her car finally died. Very hard to find someone who would come haul it away. Called Cliff on Friday set up to meet him on Saturday at the location where the car was. He took the hour drive to pick up the car making a difficult situation that much easier. He arrived and was a pleasure. He reminded my daughter to check all the different places where items could still be in the car. He even gave her an emblem to keep as it was her grandfather's car so it was a very emotional day to see the car hauled away.
