After trailer looking for a couple of years, we landed on a decision to go with an Airstream. We came upon A to Z Motors during our search - which seemed to have a steady updating selection of used Airstreams. Being several hundred miles away, Vince provided us with a comprehensive live video overview of two Airstreams that were of interest to us. A couple of weeks later, we drove up to Winters and had a great buying experience. Vince and his crew walked us through everything. We took videos during the orientation, which we would watch before our maiden voyage a couple of months later. Having heard of numerous hitch setup problems from a number of folks, we were super pleased with the hitch selection and setup on our truck. We purchased just before Covid hit. Three months later, we took our Airstream out for our first adventure - on a journey from Southern California to two National Parks in Utah. Smooth sailing. We had a couple of questions on day one. Vince was right there to answer the phone and walk us through with helpful answers. We were glad to finally get the chance to vacation in this new mode of travel. Found the used Airstream we were looking for online. Reached out to Tony via the listing website. Asked him a lot of questions about the TT. He responded quickly and answered all my questions. We agreed on price and I told him I would be driving 7 hours the next day to check it out and and take it home if I liked it. He was there waiting for me and we are now proud owners of an Airstream. He took time to explain everything, sent me all the paperwork the bank requested and was very easy to deal with. We got back to Atlanta and had some hoops we needed to jump through to get it registered so we could go camping in Asheville the next weekend. Tony talked with our bank and Vince and fedexed the needed documents over the weekend so that we were able to get our title, registration and tag today! We are very excited about the Airstream and Tony said to call him if I ever have any questions. We had talked with another local used Airstream dealer before we talked to A to Z Motors - and the other one was high pressure, made questionable claims.....yuk! None of that with A to Z Motors. My wife and I bought a 2018 Globetrotter from A to Z's northern California dealer. Vince Cardinale owns and run the business. He has a very direct and straightforward approach which made the transaction process efficient. The highlight for me of dealing with A to Z was that I had (during the transaction) and now (for after care) a direct line to Vince. He is responsive and willing to help. On multiple occasions we've had calls/Facetime to problem solve or answer questions on the trailer. No call centers, waiting for a response for days or even dealing with people that aren't owners. You really get the feeling that your success is A to Z's success. It is simple and refreshing to work with small businesses like this. Highly recommend and will be sending people over to them as we travel the country.

I will also say that Vince's shop team who I only had one or two interactions with were also professional and conscientious. One called me the day after we had a solar charging discussion just to double check everything was working. That kind of "extra mile" stuff is unexpected and somewhat...
