Be prepared to pay for an extra night for every stay, because they charge the full nightly rate for pickup day. Imagine your hotel charging you for a full night on the day you check out.

Seemed to be all about the $$$. The sign on the front door showed extra fees, paperwork that you sign details extra costs that you could be responsible for. It was off-putting to say the least.

Pickup and drop off is by appointment only which is pretty inconvenient when the open window is only two hours a day. If your plans change and you’re late, there’s a charge for that too.

As dissatisfied as we were with the billing situation, our dogs didn’t seem to suffer, and they were clean when we picked up even though it had rained. But I don’t see us returning when there are other reasonably priced options...
