What an excellent experience we’ve had with this shop and particularly Jason! We’ve been in the trucking business for almost 20 years and honestly we’ve NEVER felt more taken care by any other shop. Truck broke down with a stop engine light and a dozen error codes 2 hours away in Chase KS and I called and talked to dozens of shops and dealerships in the area, no one was competent enough or available locally to help. Trailer was loaded and we were super late on delivery with broker telling he will file a claim if we don’t deliver by a certain time. The pressure was insane.

My driver spent 2 days trying to get help until I found this shop and Jason. Jason had me send him all the error codes and took the time to look them up, he gave my driver step by step instructions to try to get the truck moving to avoid paying for towing. That didn’t work and we still had to have the truck towed. When my driver got there Jason not only got him in and hooked up the truck immediately he stayed after the shop was closed to try fix the issue. And he did!!! He kept me updated every step of the way and I truly felt like he cared which in todays world is super rare. We ended up needing to order a part that they didn’t have so Jason drove to another shop an hour before his shop even opened the next morning . Replaced the part and called me that the truck is ready!!!! Also arranged for my driver to be dropped off and picked up from the nearby hotel!!! What a great place to get your truck diagnosed and repaired. I had my truck shut down on Wednesday night 11/6/24 while rolling through Dodge City, Ks. I tried to figure out the problem on my own then gave up out of frustration and exhausted. Luckily the truck started and was able to make it to Truck Centers before it shut down while backing up to drop tank. I was pleasantly treated by the write up staff and in the garage by 8:30am. Israel was my mechanic and a solid knowledge human being. It showed a sensor code but when it was replaced, didn’t fix the problem of starting. He then hooked up a shop ECM which remedied the issue. I was driven to the hotel by Bruce the service manager. Returned Saturday to leave by Noon. The whole staff needs to have their incomes DOUBLED!! I’d be proud of this staff if I owned this facility and would probably give everyone raises!! SERIOULSLY I’ve meet great people and now have a shop to trust if in the area and need any kind of repair!! Job well done!! I have to give them a one star because it does not give you the option to do 0. They don't deserve a 1. We experience a road side assistance emergency and to our misfortune we ended up calling this company. When they answer the call they were nice and helpful. I have not idea if they had bad experiences with other clients making payments, but soon after they serviced our truck, they called threatening us with the police for payment. They had our information and we were getting ready to make the payment as soon as they were done. I spoke to a Julie in their office and she was incredible rude and unprofessional. In this business we are forced to deal with unprofessionalism and rudeness all the time but this was beyond rudeness. It was uncalled and unnecessary to treat a client like that. I don't know if they had a bad experience collecting payments and it is none of my business, but a client should never be treated in the way they did. I will never recommend their services. They were making fun of me on the phone while I was listening, so...
