Omg so I am not the only one who has had this happen. I literally seen the speed limit sign say 65 then all the sudden woop..woop I was like omgash was I speeding I looked at my sod I was going 60 .. I was like huh? I received a ticket I am now trying to pay my ticket but can't seem to get an answer on the phone.. It's definitely a speed trap and the people at the office are nice as I called in before but for some reason I can't seem to get anyone on the phone today.. Yep, drops from 65, to 45mph within an eighth of a mile on the south side of their city limits, in a curve, and then there he sets all ready to write you up. Population of 326 people. I passed the sign at 51mph. Ticket was less than $200...lol..... Definitely a speed trap, I guess that's the only way they have to raise revenue for their city. I'm sure this makes the city a lot safer. If they had a store or gas pump, I would not stop there. I wish the new highway had bypassed...

Okay just adding that yes this town sucks and really glad everyone feels the same about that 45, 55, 65 & back down all within like 3 miles😭. Ticketed for 66 in a 45. Only car on the road aside from a black pickup that was going a solid 65-70 the whole time in front of me.
