I’ll give 5 stars on the food, but 0 stars on the service. Workers are not customer friendly and it takes way too long for your order to be ready. On my most recent trip, I was told my order would take 15 to 20 minutes. After arriving 20 minutes later, I was told my order wasn’t ready and it would be another 20 minutes. So after 40 minutes total, I went back to the window and was rudely told that my order STILL wasn’t ready! This is terrible for a club sandwich and 3 chili cheese dogs. I also ordered some gravy fries and guess what...when I got home, no gravy! If the food wasn’t so good, I wouldn’t come back. Management needs to do something about the customer service. This isn’t my first negative experience and I’m not one to write reviews. There were several other customers that had been waiting forever. One was even waiting a while on a milk shake! Went to window to order. Had to repeat the 2 orders 3 times. Even after that food was missing. Did not get a receipt until order was received. Notice an order of French fries was missing from the bag and on the receipt. Went back to window to explain and was told by person who took my order that they didn't charge for fries. I explained that he was they, he just dismissed the comment. Someone else came up and tried to figure out what was wrong with order. They were told that they did not charge me for small fries, and I did not receive them. The second person tried to explain something to me, I just left due to ignorance. The server did not completely fill out order, and burger had mayonnaise that was requested not to be on the burger.

Telling the order 3 times repeated apparently is not good enough to communicate what was wanted. Perhaps writing down...

Sad how far this place has gone down over the years. Just stopped in with my wife to get ice cream and got a hot fudge Sunday that they over filled beyond belief leaking melted ice cream all over the cup it was in they just wrapped it in 50 paper towels and gave it to my wife. by time she walked 10 feet to the truck and handed it to me it was literally spilling all over my brand new truck had to go home and spend 45 minutes cleaning up the mess in my truck.
