Went to another local dealer near me (not far from Canonsburg) and had a very subpar experience. We ended up making the decision to check another place out before we would wait until next year.

I called in to check on inventory and spoke to Barry, who informed me they did have what I was looking for and they even have a few different options too! The day I was available to stop in happen to be Barry’s day off, he told me to ask for his manager Austin. Austin meet me at the door and was excited to find the right machine, while taking my question and giving me the information I was looking for, in terms I could understand. After going over all the equipment and doing a great presentation with features and benefits that pertain to me, it was now time to get the “boss” involved. Austin went out of his way to break down all the charges and finance options. He got where my wife and I were we felt comfortable, with a warranty for a peace of mind.

The machine was just uncreated that day, so they have scheduled a time to bring the Cam am to my house for no charge and upgraded the winch cable for us.

So last Thursday my brother goes to look at a 2014 (now it’s a 2013) Suzuki m90 for 5999 . He says he is going to trade his bike in and they offer him 2600 for his bike and finance the rest . He calls me and I said I have the extra cash instead of financing and said I would bring the rest of the cash if they took 5799 for the bike (200 dollars less ) they told me they would rather do a bank loan and make more money then a cash sale (something called a reserve) . So he leaves and on July 19th I contact Xtreme again and talk to a Jason and he says he is working on it and would call me later that day . Didn’t hear back so I call on Monday July 22nd he’s almost done and will call me back later in the day .. lHere it is July 23rd and I call and he’s on the other line but I talk to a Anthony and they will sale the bike for 5600 but don’t want his trade now .. why does the story keep changing . Oh I know why cause they took the bike in trade and gave to much so they can’t lower the price .. oh and they have a new service manager that knows what he’s...
