I purchased a few items at the end of June from this wholesaler. It shipped fast, but once I receive my items I was disappointed in the quality I received for the price of the item. I had purchased a sweetheart dress, skirt, and another maxi dress.
A) Sweetheart Dress. When I first examine this dress I noticed that it was a poorly made and poorly fitted dress. My model who always wears small, was unable to fit this dress. It was painful watching her. After she managed to fit the dress, I noticed that the dress was splitting at the seams. I took a picture and immediately reached out to Giti. I tried to call by phone, but could not get through so I emailed. And it took days for their response back.
B) skirt. In theory, this skirt looked cute but it had the same poor material and did not fit well. I am smaller than my model and when I tried the small, you could see that this skirt could have ripped at the seam. I contacted Giti again. By this time, they told me they would refund me that one dress but thatās it.
C) Maxi Dress. This dress was cotton and cute, I thought this would work. When I was merchandising this dress, I noticed that there was hole in the dresses themselves. Again, I didnāt want to be petty but I felt it was a 3rd strike against the company. How many defective products can one new customer receive
I tried to call them but the line is busy. I want to believe that my experience was just bad and that the company is generally good, but now Iām in the hole for $300+ for clothes I cannot sell with good conscious

Anytime you have an issue whether itās an website issue or a package issue she doesnāt want to help and always has an attitude when you are trying to discuss your issues . She needs to learn customer service skills and learn how to treat paying customers/ business professionals . She doesnāt allow you to speak to the manager I have asked several times . I can go on and on with negative things to say about how she handles business long story short is it is not acceptable nor should it be tolerated . we are all here for one reason and one reason only it shouldnāt have to be a hassle to fix issues on their part only an apology given and a resolution offered. In all of my groups with other boutique owners I have always spoke highly of giti now Iām seeing that it has been a mistake. Bad customer service ruins the entire experience . I could have easily went on la showroom or fashion go but I decided to continue doing business with giti for almost 4 years I should be treated with respect and sincerity . I purchased a pack in the beginning of September and then again at the end of September I put them both for pickup but I ended up not being able to follow through with a pickup so I called and asked if they can ship when I make my second purchase and I was told yes. I called after the purchase was made and they refused to ship the items together and I am in the county RIGHT NEXT TO THEM!!! Based off of a policy that makes absolutely no sense saying they do not want any possibility of a mix up. As the owner of the company I'm requesting a consolidation there should be no mix up. Secondly they are all super nice but it takes forever for you to actually receive your order during a pickup even if you call ahead to let them know that you are on your way as they request. I am deeply disappointed that I now must pay two(2) separate shipping cost for items literally coming from the same exact place.
