If I could give zero stars I would. I called in a order for Mother's Day flower delivery on 5/11 (Sat. am) and they assured me she would have the flowers on THE SAME DAY by 3:00pm. When the clerk answered the phone she verified all my information took my order and asked me where they were being delivered to. I advised of the Nursing home name only(will not mention the name) and she proceeded to complete the order, she then asked for my credit card info and processed the order.. Low and behold the flowers were not delivered to the correct Nursing home. When i called to find out what happened the next clerk verified the name of the location and proceeded to read the address. i said No, that is not the address it should have been...... She said oh, the next time you order you need to give the person the address.???!!! Number 1 - I would have thought the person on the other end taking the order should have verified that with me or atleast confirm it and not assume. Not being from the area I would have no idea that there was more than one Nursing home with the same name, shouldn't they know that??. Needless to say Mother did not receive her flowers and how horrible. I will not use this company again having been told that I need to tell the clerk how to do their job. Lesson learned. I ordered flowers of comfort on Sept. 21st on behalf of my HR Team for my boss because of a family death. I paid for the purchase and asked if a bow can be made to place on the arrangement. The flowers were delivered on Sept. 23rd and they were not correct. They delivered a pumpkin arranged flower set. I was both embarrassed and upset. I went to the shop and they redelivered the correct flowers but the bow was a fall organe, made out of a knit material, and looked as if there was no care or effort. I’ve ordered several funeral sprays from Drummond’s and have never been disappointed! This most recent order (1st pic) for a very special family friend was above and beyond the most beautiful and heartfelt creation made to date! Just looking at it I felt the love that our family wanted to convey to our precious friends and their families in this time of grief! I’ve never been able to actually FEEL EMOTION from an arrangement but I certainly did from this spray! I will ONLY USE DRUMMONDS for our floral arrangement needs!!! Renea, you do amazing...
