Unfortunately I am disappointed to report that my experience was not as "great, wonderful and excellent" as it seems most people have had. I too was impressed by the quick response not so impressed by the pricing but was willing to pay the $100 to have my screen replaced on my 8plus iphone and because the travel time to my home from his location was about 12 minutes in the middle of a pandemic I thought it was reasonable. The first thing he said was that he only had a black screen and I said okay. Then I watched through the front window as he took apart my phone as he sat on my front porch using the outlet there to charge a device he used to fix the phone. I watched his eyes squinch at some point --giving me a clue something was wrong and then he walked off to his car. Eventually he returned, rang the bell and it appeared my phone was repaired because I was able to use the cashapp. However, as he pulled off I realized the home button didn't work, so I called him and he pulled back up and said that it was damaged when he pulled it off and that he'd have to go to Douglasville to get one and he'd be back. I asked about how long and he said he'd be back soon. I never heard from him again--that...

I reached out to Timothy to have my iPhone X Max screen replaced. The next day he replaced it within 10 minutes. Soon after getting my phone, I noticed that it was malfunctioning—navigating into different apps on its own, going into airplane mode, & doing other weird stuff without my permission. I immediately did a hard & soft reset on my phone. The problem persisted. I contacted Timothy, he told me to do a hard reset as well, so I did it again. Problems remained. I informed him once again. This time he did not reply to my message. $165 wasted! Would NOT recommend!

FYI: I’ve had many screen replacements before. It has NEVER required me to do any resetting!

Update: When you return the phones, we may have less than 10 seconds to review anything, which in essence, is not enough time. True customer service allows for one to return a product even after he/she has left the site. To say that you didn’t receive a call/text is a flat out lie. I posted the text where you did not...
