Beautiful day and beautiful course. 5*

Thanks to all the volunteers that give their time to Arnie's tournament. 5*

We parked onsite Lot 10 ($45) Seemed like part of a practice course. All grass except for the cart path we entered on. ;-) Pro Tip: Exit is the same direction as the Entrance but good luck to ya finding the tiny little Exit signs sparsely placed in awkward positions. 2.5*

Merchandise tent was crowded. Could use some Disney-like crowd flow control into the tent. Prices were to be expected. We both bought $24.99 hats and paid with our MasterCard for a 10% discount. 4*

We were following Jordan Spieth's group, along with LOTS of other folks. Even though tickets were "limited" it seemed super crowded since it was a popular group. Other parts of the course were pleasantly uncrowded.

Kudos to 90+% of folks wearing their masks correctly. 10* out of 5*

Yes, we were outside but quite close as people decided they wanted to be in the same place you had picked several moments earlier.

Better thinking next time to the folks "trying" to wear a mask but not realizing it goes over your nose, too. Yes, even if you bought a beer a couple hours ago and are carrying it around. 2*

Chin strappers - not even covering mouth. Really, we've had a year to shop around and find a mask that fits comfortably. 0.5*

And, finally, to the ones with no masks (!) or those that ignored tournament volunteers' request to wear them correctly, I have no words....

Sorry Mr. Palmer , but after 7 continuos years going to your amazing event, this 2016 it wast a disaster for the people you have to organized your great event WHY ?

1- TICKETS PRICE INCREASE. 2- ON MONDAY I TRY TO BUY TICKETS FOR MY SON (15 YEARS OLD AND JUNIOR GOLF PLAYER) AND YOUR PEOPLE ON THE TICKETS CABIN SAY THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY MORE KIDS TICKETS AND I HAVE TO PAY FOR AN ADULT TICKET, AFTER I AGREE TO PAY $100 DOLLARS, I GO TO THE GATE WITH ONE CLEAR BAG AND 3 BOTTLES OF WATER AND THE SECURITY GUYS SAY WE CAN BRING WATER TO THE EVENT ( FLORIDA IS A VERY HOT PLACE ON THIS DAYS MARCH 14 2016), BUT I DO NOT WHY A LADY PASS WITH 5 BOTTLES AFTER I MOVE TO THE TICKET CABIN TO REQUEST MY MONEY BACK.....

MR. ARNOLD PALMER , MY SON AND ME DO NOT WILL BE IN YOUR EVENT ANY MORE. HOPE ONE DAY MY SON CAN PLAY AS A PRO PLAYER AND WE CAN RETURN TO YOUR EVENT....TKS ANYWAY BUT WITH OUT WATER , IS VERY DIFFICULT TO BE IN YOUR EVENT AND THE PRICE FOR A BOTTLE OF WATER INSIDE THE EVENT IS TO EXPENSIVE FOR A FAMILY WHO ALREADY SPEND OVER $100 DOLLARS...

We have been going to this tournament for many years and have loved coming here. We did miss time during covid but we are back. We were disappointed that they are no longer providing programs which we used to track the players and also there used to be a sign on 18 that told you which players were approaching the green and their scores. We did notice the increased stand areas but there stands that have nobody in them (assuming corporate spinsored). It seems ashame that you pack people onto the bleachers when those stands remain empty! Those are the reasons I am giving a 4 rating instead of a 5. I love this tournament! P.S. The shuttle service was much...

What a great venue and event. It runs like a smooth machine from the time you park at universal till the time you return. No need to bring a bag if you’re buying merch, they give a good size bag. Signs say they give sunscreen out. Food prices and drinks are what you’d expect them to be. Get there early and have fun. Kids under 15 are free with a paying adult.

Great golf tournament to attend. Got free tickets but they seemed reasonably priced. Concessions were set up very well and were easy to access. Was a little crowded which I didn't mind but I couldn't help and think how crazy it would have been if Tiger Woods had played lol. Awesome time though will go again next year.
