Phantom City Studio — Local services in Dr. Phillips

Having never stepped into a studio before, I had a great first experience at Phantom City Studios! Eric was the one who worked with me, and he was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire session. I did not do any official recordings, but Eric spent time helping me hone my skills in reading both commercials and book excerpts with the right tone and delivery.

He introduced me to the recording booth and had me read a few lines from a script, which we listened to and critiqued together. It was so insightful and encouraging—especially as someone completely new to the process.

Overall, it was a very positive experience. I’d absolutely do it again, and Eric made me feel like voice-over work could realistically be a great area for me to explore....

As a sound engineer, I have had the pleasure of working out of some of the best and worst studios in the US. I was a little apprehensive about recording at Phantom City Studio due to its low prices. Usually when shopping studio time around low prices means low quality and equipment etc. This is NOT the case with this studio. Big name german mics and top of the line apogee converters alongside a beautiful booth with 4" + custom walls make for a great recording. Friendly staff and very accommodating. Phantom Studios absolutely awesome. Chief engineer, Eric is second to none as far as his patience, friendliness, and know how. Anybody that’s coming to do some work to record , Do videos or do a karaoke track just like I did you cannot go to a better place than phantom studios in Orlando. This was the first time I actually stepped foot in there, and I was incredibly impressed. I highly recommend them and very reasonable I will be using them again, thanks again Eric for doing such a phenomenal job....
