Sunshine Market — Local services in Dr. Phillips

Me and my husband stopped at the Sunshine Market at the turnpike plaza, and the manager on duty, Maria, didn't let us buy food; she said they were losing, and they wanted to go home. She took from my husband's hands a snack and put it back on the ride. This is terrible customer service. I don't know how people like that are hired in a place like that. There also came a few other customers, and she kicked them from the store. I travel a lot, and I will spread the word about your manager or whoever she is and what her service is. Stop at plaza every 2-3 months eat food n try to buy lottery tickets , can never buy lottery tickets because it’s always a different excuse every time , haven’t been trained on lottery machine , machine broke , changing shifts etc...

Horrible service rude sarcastic unprofessional and it’s not necessary it’s just a small convenient shop it doesn’t take much energy to be kind and greet...
