My bf and I have been going to Tree House for almost as long as it’s been open. Even when we lived in Boston, we would head there every time we visited family in Methuen or Tewksbury. Once we moved to Methuen ourselves, it’s a part of our routine. We both have spread the word about their product quality, as well as the assortment-so many ways to get your thc. The front of the house folks know their product and if you know what you like, they will not steer you wrong. Even if you DONT know what you like- I can assure any new THC adventurer will find the sales crew very helpful. The organic flower products have made an impression on my boyfriend and I personally love the assortment of edibles, and have tried many. You can’t go wrong. Also, just in case there is ANY issue with your purchase, call them, they will make it right. I speak from experience. One time we got home to find an empty flower container amongst our purchases. Yes, totally empty. We called and they told us to come back in, and we didn’t have to drive back immediately -bc we actually lived far at that time. Really great customer care.
Update 5/11/2024: still great product, and service. The bud tenders in my experience can vary very widely. Today, as is the case most of the time, I had great help from Julio, Jeannette and Jake. I promised to leave a new review. Thanks very much! Just observations in general: In more recent visits I’ve learned to choose before hand exactly which item I want to purchase, so it’s best to check their menu before visiting. Depending on the person serving you, if you ask for “a pre roll, hybrid please” you may or may not realize the bud tender grabbed a sativa pre roll until you get home. I ordered two items, it wasn’t a complex transaction. It was clearly a lack of listening skills. (This particular employee has done this a couple of times, even missing out on a larger sale bc they gave me the smaller qty size on a product that was avail in two sizes…that type of thing) This,to me, is a training issue as much as a “listening” issue. People in customer facing positions have to listen to the customer well. Learn to listen and listen to learn. Update 05/20/2024: Jacob helped me with my purchase, visit took ten min total including parking. Great product, great place. Updated 11/01/2024 great bud tender Reyna helped me with my edibles order. Part of my routine, thanks for great products and selection as always! Updates 11/29/2024 Reyna helped me again; she’s a great staff member, great for recommending flower for my boyfriend, as I only take edibles, so I don’t know much about smoking flower. Happy holidays...
Read moreUnlike the other wonderful dispensaries in the state that allow customers to enter anytime during their hours of operation, this dispensary has an employee standing at the entrance to the business after 9:55p in order to tell you that they actually close a few minutes to 10, not at 10 as listed on their website. Another staff person then said that if they were to let people in until 10, then they would be ringing them up after 10p. First, yes, that is EXACTLY how all businesses operate when a customer comes at the end of the hours of operation to make a purchase. Second, cannabis can be sold in the state until 11pm, and I don’t enjoy being lied to.
As the employees all exited to go home by 10pm, it is obvious that they just did not want to work a minute past their hours of operation.
In addition to that unprofessionalism, an employee from the dispensary with a white Trailblazer lit up a joint while in the vehicle still on the property and continued to smoke it while driving erratically in front of me for a few miles.
None of this gave me a positive or safe feeling, and I didn’t even enter the building. As far as the actual product, you can find a much better selection with better prices in the same area. Don’t waste...
Read moreOn my way back home to VT two days ago, I wanted to stop at a cool looking spot that says they specialize in craft cannabis! Well, I am not pleased with my experience at this dispensary... Not only did the bud displays seem well outdated, rolling around in the display, but several of them showcased very unpleasant (unhealthy!) Buds.
I then wanted to get some recommendations due to the lack of info I could find in the menus. When I approached the counter, the budtender didn't look at me a single time, just stared at the computer focusing on something completely different. Any question I asked was met with a simple yes or no, no elaboration. It was like pulling teeth trying to get any info! Asking super basic questions like "what's your favorite cultivator you stock?" were met with a search on the computer for the highest price product. Guy seemed like he was trying to avoid conversation at all costs. I'm not sure who served me, but it seemed they had zero experience or enthusiasm. As someone who works as a budtender myself, I'm really bummed by the level of customer service that I did not receive. I was excited to go here, but the selection and customer experience leave ALOT to be desired. Go to Vermont for a true...
