Dollar General — Local services in Dry Ridge

Rang the bell at the cash register. Waited a couple minutes. Not a huge deal but what really has me dissatisfied is your cashier, Michelle (older lady w/ gray, short hair) we didn’t get a simple “hello” when she finally came to the register. She was just so angry/annoyed to be there. It was a very unpleasant encounter. Didn’t even get a “have a good day” as the transaction was completed & was leaving.

I don’t expect every one to be chipper and happy all the time. I get everyone has bad days. But I’ve had this experience multiple times with her and I’m fed up with it. at the very least have common courtesy if you’re working a customer service job. She needs a new job. One that doesn’t involve working with the public if she hates her...
