Had a lift installed by this company and within a couple weeks it cracked my concrete. Was installed in 4inch concrete which the installer knew and approved. Was told by the manufacturer of the lift that the installer should of never installed it under 5.9inch. L He also used different bolts that was supplied with the lift with different specifications. He also drilled all the way threw the concrete pad to the gravel for the anchor bolts and after contacting the manufacturer of the lift and multiple installation companies who insisted that was in correct. Called the installer informed him on the cituation and told him we almost had a a vehicle fall after the concrete cracked the installer LAUGHED and said we're not responsible for the concrete and he didn't use different bolts that were supplied then hung up. Then called back an after I told him he was on camera during the install he admitted to using the different hardware. There's an easier and legal way to...
