I called to get a price and see if they could take old cars 20 years old or older they said yes and they told me $155 a ton. I got there with four cars loaded to the gills with steel. When I rode around they unloaded me everything is fine so far. Then I went to get paid they gave me $116 a ton. And naturally I was furious!!! They will never see my face in there again I confronted them and they told me that that was for complete cars the cars were complete with some four cars don’t weigh 7 ton. Horrible customer service and they never answer the phone but try calling before you go because their hours are listed wrong. They open later than listed, they close earlier than listed, and they close earlier than listed for lunch. This is a great place to take junk into I only live about 2 miles from Cohen in Walton Kentucky and I'll drive past Cohen to drive to Stanco everytime I will not go to Cohen to take them anything. The ones at Cohen are rude and very disrespectful they cuss not caring who is around like my 10 year old daughter. And River Metal's are just as bad too.
