Thill's recently delivered a gift to me ordered from them by my daughter. Unfortunately, by the next morning, the gift did not live up to expectations. When contacted, the new owners at Thill's were so apologetic and genuinely concerned. They immediately replaced it and expressed their desire to always have their customers happy with high quality items.

They were kind, sincere, caring, and totally nice in every way. They immediately replaced what had been less than their usual high-quality product. A few days later, they even delivered a small bouquet, as a token of their concern.
