Best Buy Distribution Center — Local services in Dublin

This place is useless. I called regarding an order that was supposed to be sent out on 1/30/23 after they created a label but it’s still sitting there instead of being sent to fedex. I called and a female answered giggling and playing around with a coworker before actually able to get herself together to speak then transferred me to a “closet voicemail “ that didn’t allow messages. I called back and they picked up immediately and put me on hold. I waited then someone picked up and hung up. I called from a different number and received a male who was almost as useless but he at least gave me a general Best Buy customer service number. The reason no one’s trucks are being loaded or items aren’t sent out is because of shenanigans and inept employees. Shut this place down and open another in a place that doesn’t share one...

Nasty. It takes a long time to unload here, I’m not even complaining about it. I get that, high dollar loads and all, everything has to be checked in. There is no excuse for the nasty bathroom. The driver’s room has a soda machine, two chairs, and the stench of the bathroom. The steps to the driver’s door has trash cans on either side, the day I was there two trash bags sat next to the stairs with some kind of rotting organic material in it. In 95 degree + weather for at least 8 1/2 hours when I left. It smelled like road kill. The staff was congenial, but I’m sure their facilities are much nicer, at least I hope they are. The only way I return is if I’m allowed to drop the trailer and come back when they are done. Treat your fellow human...

I give a star because I have to in order to make a review, about the people in the receiving area…my goodness! So rude!! From the lady’s in the outside shack, to the one in receiving, Rolling the eyes and nearly speaking, I say twice good morning to a gentleman in the receiving area and he doesn’t answer!! What’s wrong with all of you people!! If they don’t like their job, move to another you like !! Almost 5 hours there and I request for them to write time in and out, and they refuse, because “company policy”…NO overnight parking….no restrooms available…..worst place ever!
