Called them shortly after hurricane Helene for power outage. The would not answer and gave options ....one being power out as the KNEW the area by the address info and meter # I gave them. Been out for 3 days now . The whole neighborhood called!!!! A neighbor on our circle called them to pay her bill and asked when our lights would be turned on and the girl said she didn't KNOW they were out !!! So called the customer service and they said they would immediately relay the message and we would have power back soon. Liars. We had a LOT of lines and trees down across the whole circle and deliberately put last on the list! I've been a loyal customer with this electric company for over 20 years and to be put on the back burner taking care of the wealthier people and friends really makes me hate living in Georgia more and more.
