Lots of fun rides for adults & older children, but we Took our 4 yr old granddaughter & she had an absolute BLAST esp on the rides! Lots of rides for the little ones!! & staff seemed to be following & attentive, to protocol & safety measures. No long lines at all. Tickets on the expensive side of course! But we purchased her a 30$ dollar, all day- all rides pass, & I'd say it was worth it just for those smiles & her knowing she could ride all she wanted!! & we saved some money tht way 4 sure. She really had a good time! Didn't see alotta games for the little ones tho & the 1 we saw was a RIP OFF! We tried to pass on it!!..but Dude offered a deal at 2$..&got the kid's attention!!!..then charged 6$ ! 😠 So..6$ bucks, for her to pick up 3 rubber ducks from a KIDDIE POOL,for a prize..the prize was a 1$ toy! ALL the prizes were!..So they made 6× profit off a child, just to let her pick up 3 rubber duckies!🐤 Wow!!..not even much fun for a 4yr old! All in all it was a fun day/night even tho unfortunately it rained practically the entire time, Which had a couple rides down. All n all tho a good time! Btw.. forget the "funhouses" they are not really much fun for little ones & parents hav to pay to go with thm. Can be dangerous for littles too..thts why they make the adult go too..so they...
Read moreI enjoy the few activities that my family participates in such as the yearly flea markets. We use to go to the fair every year. It's a small town tradition...but each year--the #FAIR gets worse and WORSE! The price for admission on top of all-you-can-ride pass is ridiculous. Almost $30 for an adult. There aren't many rides though. The games are expensive carnival games (many rigged as expected so the outcome is in their favor). You'll pay $15 to go home with a dollar stuffed animal. Funnel cakes and such are good but costly...both in health and money. Who doesn't diet cheat on fair days though? ;) This year they FINALLY brought familiar names for entertainment like Travis Tritt and Collective Soul. But as you see...they are not newer musicians and it will cost you extra. Avoid Dublin fair and go to Salem's the week prior...
Read moreIt was really cool to go to the county fair. I’m really proud that this county keeps a fair around with lots of different different events on every night. They even have a night where folks from around the area can come in and enjoy the fair with free admission. Monday night they had a demolition derby, and even in the pouring rain it was pretty cool to watch. Tuesday they had a horse pull. Wednesday they had open fair night. Thursday they brought out four wheelers and did races and tricks. Friday they had lawnmower racing. Saturday they had bull riding and horse...
