I'm compelled by the Lord to provide God's honest truth here. I hope that this feedback will help to improve the chocolate covered caramel formulation and their website's photo description. Recommend to let patrons know that the 9oz candy box measures approx 5.5"x7" which is smaller than imagined. At first bite, the chocolate covered caramel is very chewy, mainly due to the caramel on the inside. The outer layer of chocolate was very thin and tastes closer to standard cocoa powder. It was not as sweet and creamy as expected. Recommend a more rich chocolate be produced (perhaps more sugar, cream, vanilla, and cocoa butter?) with subtle hints of caramel swirls intertwined within it to make for a more popular candy experience. Hopefully, that would increase repeat buyers. Normally, I would say that the pricing, including shipping, was high, but since the excess is going to a good cause, I am fine with that. My rating is mostly based on the flavor profile and consistency since the service timing on delivery was exceptional.
