The place was very nice but for the wait time for entry giving instructions and entry code was the worse . My money was taken from my account and I was given the address and WiFi information but sat outside the location for close to 2 hours waiting for entry codes . The host wasn’t responding at all and when I called air bnb they tried to argue with me about giving me a refund so I can find somewhere else . The guy that I was speaking with acted as if he didn’t want to get his supervisor and kept telling me to wait for a response from the host which I had to get a little loud with him for him to understand that I’m not waiting to get me a supervisor . If someone ask for a supervisor then that should be the end of the conversation and process to contact the supervisor and not argue with a paying customer ! Another thing was they give you a confirmation number and all this information after taking your money but wants you to do an e-check in for entry instructions/codes (never had to do so ever before as long as I’ve been booking on Airbnb) which is very ridiculous because that should be done first before taking people money and giving an address and WiFi information , be serious what am I going to do with WiFi information if I can’t even get into the place ? I literally waited close to 2 hours to get in and they had the nerve to tell me they’ll give me back $50 to go to a cafe or something while I wait and I promise y’all that I never received anything back ! Overall once I finally got inside everything was as said to be but I will NEVER book with Evonify ever again ! If I see their name I’m running and have the nerve to try to give me a $10 Amazon gift card ! Disgusting and should be ashamed for stealing people hard earned money but they don’t care at all !    Read moreI arrived at the unit and the air conditioning was not working. In the middle of a heat wave. I emailed evonify and have still not received a reply. In the morning i called the number with no answer. Immediately was texted by the same number saying we are sorry for missing your call. I explained the situation and was asked if i had tried to adjust the thermostat which i did with no luck. They asked if they could enter the unit if i was not there, to which i replied i prefered they let me know when they will arrive and i will try to meet them on site. This was at 9:57am. I followed up at 11:23 and did not get a reply. I messaged again at 12:15 asking for an update, to which they replied "No updates yet but we'll let you know as soon as we have an update. I followed up again at 1:50pm to which they responded "we'll make sure to press some urgency and let you know" At 2:28pm i was told they will do a quick follow up, no response. At 5:42pm i msged saying i am making an assumption that no one has likely come to the unit since i did not receive any contact to request access to the unit it was 90 degrees at this point. At this point i began calling multiple times, on the 4th or 5th try i got an immediate text msg saying they are sorry for missing my calls and inconvenience caused and that they are actively communicated and eported the ac issues to their maintenance team. At 7:56pm i msged asking if they will reimburse me if i need to purchase a fan to which they replied their maintenance guy will deliver a fan tonight.
