Everytime we have gone and looked at living room furniture if we saw something we liked and it was one that might have been on sale or just lower priced than others they didnt have it in stock and it would take 1-3 weeks to get. Well this last time we went my husband got talked into getting something that cost more than we was really looking to finance, he knew we really needed to get furniture. While we was there customer service was good. They couldnt deliver for a couple days so husband said we would haul it. Got it home tried to attach the 2 pieces ( it's a sectional couch) and they wouldn't connect. Called couple days later to see if they could come fix it cause the 2 metal brackets wasnt lining up and was told it's only couple screws it's ok if you move them. We shouldn't have had to this it was a defect from the manufacturer, hope it dont mess up our warranty plus husband is 67 yrs old getting on the floor was a little...

My experience ordering a mattress turned out to be quite disappointing. After making the payment for the first installment, I received a call informing me that the mattress I'd selected had been discontinued. I was puzzled why I could purchase it in the first place if it was unavailable. The representative I spoke to attributed the mishap to computer errors, which left me feeling frustrated.

To compound matters, rectifying the situation has been an arduous task. I've spent nearly an hour on the phone with various individuals, all in an attempt to secure a refund for the initial payment. This unforeseen hassle and the lack of clarity throughout this process have been incredibly frustrating.

Overall, the experience has been far from satisfactory, leaving me questioning the reliability and efficiency of the ordering system and customer service.

I had a bad experience there a few months ago, yet gave them another chance today. When entering, a salesman greeted me and ask what he could help with. We were looking for a couch and at first he seemed helpful. When I asked if he knew the dimensions of the couch, he said I'll go get a tape measure and check. I watched as he walked away and stopped to talk to another salesman then went to the counter and was talking to a lady. I sat there waiting for 13 minutes to look up and all 3 salesman were up front on their phones, talking and laughing. I headed for the door and one of the salesman said "come back and see us hun!" Why would I? Customer serive there is non existent and is probably the reason I only see 2 cars at the most in their parking lot..... a 1 star is too high of a rating for me and I will never go back...
