I had some existing audio equipment that I wanted installed and I CANNOT stress enough how professional, courteous, friendly, and experienced these people are. The shop was clean and my scheduled appointment was on time, early actually, because they finished their previous job early. Linny was absolutely knowledgeable and patient with answering my questions. I asked if they were able to look at and installation I did prior and see if they could troubleshoot the issue. Beyond upset !!! Had a appointment went in for that appointment after waiting a week. Owner said the person who set my appointment did not have me come in and see what I needed. That upset me. So we remade the appointment for the following week which would be tomorrow. He quoted me $135 + tax. He gave me a discount for having to wait again. And he was ordering the parts. Nothing was said to pay then. If that was the case I would of done so. I got a call last night. This guy I never talked to told me. My parts was never order and I had to pay first. WOW!!!!! Just picked up my second install from sight, sound, speed. Full JLAudio systems installed in my Explorer and Mustang. Both jobs went above and beyond my expectations. Super clean installs.
