C3 Comics Cards and Collectibles — Local services in Duncan

Sent my husband to buy 3 starter decks. The owner chatted him up and told him all the prices of the items in the line except the decks. When I got home from work and checked the purchase, I’d found he’d charged 2x the price each. I called the next morning and tried to resolve the issue. He said he told my husband how much they were and that a 200% markup is what he charged for those decks and that he’d sold tons of them. We asked if we could bring them back, not opened and he said he didn’t take returns. The only thing he offered, after my husband called, was to give me a deck. I would still be out $40.
