Jill not only talked me through the entire process for a month before my appointment but reassured me when my nerves took over. She was personable and present in the appointment. She truly wanted to make sure I felt beautiful and was not rushed at all! The fact that the store is closed to just your own appointment makes you feel like a true princess.
