This was my first experience there at Nuera, I was address politely and the bud tender was friendly they had quite a bit of displays for you to look at and purchase when you walk in. It was our turn I came for some live resin wax the bud tender brought up some products up on the monitor and started explaining the difference.between each products he sounded impressive and that he knew what he was talking about so I continued to listen to him he brought out this product called live rosin jam spritzer from floracal Farms for $60 I bought that to try the bud tender said it would get me totally high and I will feel the effect within a couple of blasts so I can’t wait to try it!! Then he the bud tender brought out this cured resin by alchemy called blue pancakes 1g for $40 the bud tender said this is also a very good one so I purchased it Then he told me about this herb that it was citrus/fruity tasting smells great and looks great too it’s is by Nez- popcorn -Nez-Truffle Treat 7g for $70 I can’t wait to get home and try them oh boy !!! I get home and I open my bag of goodies and I pull them out of the bag and I go to open the floracal farms rosin and I notice that the bottom was Un adhered the seal had finger prints and was pulled away from the bottom flap. This wax has been opened already before me when I took the wax out of the box I opened it and half the wax was gone I took pictures of it all that I will enclose…….talk about dishonesty, the bud tender had to of known he was selling me an opened product that someone already helped themselves to .., and then turns around and sells it to the public!!!! this is bad business ethics!!! I then opened the next cured resin from alchemy named blueberry pancakes and it was all intact and it good but not as good as the live rosin from floracal farms there’re is far more potent then the pancakes it only takes two blasts of the Floracal as it takes four to five of the alchemy to get the same effects. As for the flower that I tried I told the bud tender that taste matter one of the most important factors in picking and smoking herb is flavor the bud tender told me this herb that he’s trying to sell me is fruity / citrus flavor so I purchase it 7g of it and I try it ….. The bud tender did not know what he was talking about when it came to this herb no he didn’t he bs his way through that one the Truffle Treat herb smells great the bud looks great but the flavor isn’t not there it’s terrible it’s hard to smoke and it doesn’t get you that effects your looking for not unless you smoke a lot of it and that not what I’m looking for!! I’m looking for something that only takes one or two hits and you feel the effects and it tastes good too! I have lung disease and I’m not suppose to smoke at all but cannabis helps me get thru the day and helps my lungs to relax I have high blood pressure in my lungs blowing out my heart so when my blood vessels relax I can breathe easier if I’ve got to smoke a lot to get the effects that I’m looking for ….,it defeats it purpose of smoking!!! So I won’t buy from this bud tender guy again I don’t know if I’ll go back to this Establishment because of the dishonesty there I will definitely will check all labels before leaving the establishment next time I don’t care if they stapled the bag already I’ll tear it open right in front of them and make completely sure all my seals are intact and not...
Read moreAs a Jet Setter level customer, I have been deeply disappointed by my recent experience—especially regarding the conduct of Manager Dave and the overall professionalism of the leadership team. Intrusive and Unprofessional Conduct: Dave repeatedly pressed me about a former employee. Each time I replied, “That would be a great question to ask the former employee—if they want you to know, they will,” he became visibly agitated and persisted. When he claimed he was asking “as a friend,” it was a transparent lie—Dave never showed concern or outreach. In fact, he contributed to that employee’s departure. His behavior violated personal boundaries and felt like harassment. It left me questioning whether other standards—like HEPA compliance—are being taken seriously at the store. General Manager Nick’s Mishandled De-escalation: I also spoke with Manager Nick, but my takeaway was, “What I don’t know, I don’t know.” His attempts at professionalism were lackluster: he conducted sensitive conversations in the open sales area, with no genuine de-escalation or respect for privacy. That only compounded the poor impression. Thank You, but… I appreciate the appearance of professionalism from upper management, but actions speak louder than platitudes. With unresolved concerns about privacy and unprofessional behavior, I’m left feeling betrayed. Final Word: After spending my loyalty rewards and enduring a disturbing interaction, I won’t be back. As a long-time Jet Setter, I expected discretion, respect, and maturity. Instead, I’m greeted with rude intrusion, a lack of boundaries, and disregard for customer...
