I purchased a 2016 Peterbilt 579 and I was really excited about the golden gem I found.. Well before I could get on the road I had to get it fixed, the U-Joint cracked when connected to a trailer then the tires were recapped and started peeling so I had to replace all the tires.. Nothing was covered under the warranty when I called, they had the nerves to tell me the truck was ok during the transport of 500 miles.. Basically it cost me $6k to get the truck ready to run my loads.. Be very careful, Exodus did the bare minimum to get truck ready for sale abs sold me a truck that wouldn’t go to far without repairs..

In response to your response the truck was never driven with the rear differential engage because the truck has been park on the yard since received.. It was hooked to a empty trailer for me to practice Alley Dock Parking and the U-Joint crack on the 1st pullout at least be honest and don’t lie.. The truck lack lubrication in rear differential, gears and joints it was a pile of rust left on the concrete I can post that picture as well.. What about the tires you recapped that started melting before I use the truck? I’m a business owner and I believe in doing the best you can So I didn’t expect perfect from Exodus Trucking I just expected better… I’ve read all your reviews and you always respond with a generic answer faulting the client/purchaser Exodus is...

Please be very careful when buying a truck here what a headache. Purchase the truck back in 2021 around November flew down to pick up the 2015 Freightliner Cascadia with my mechanic. We test drove the whole truck ran good we notice they never did the PM on the truck told us to get the PM done near by at TA truck stop we will reimburse you. We went to TA they had no availability what’s so ever we drove done to Massachusetts took the truck to get a whole PM done got it done drive to the yard the next day went to start it wouldn’t start at all had to get my truck towed over to a shop to see what’s wrong and it was a failing oil tube etc and other things. They gave me a hard time I didn’t want the truck at this point went back and forth for about 4 months with them they didn’t care what’s so ever on what happen never again will I ever purchased a truck with them I had to get a whole new engine when clearly if they did the PM oil change they would of known not to sell the truck !!!! Be careful this cost me a lot...

update: I have had the truck a few months of a year and I had to replace the follow: fifth wheel the first week, turbo actuator ( horrible don't buy an international year 2016 and under) nox sensor, heating and cooling issues, lots of front end work on it, I have been out a lot of money with this truck.
