we were so excited to come here because we scratch it off of our Colorado adventure bucket list card. We understand whether plays a huge part in this business. However, walking in, people were less than thrilled to see us. They are very unhelpful and demanded that there be more than two people signed up for them to Consider taking us. Almost $300 combined. We were very surprised that that was not enough for them just to take the two of us if nobody else signed up for that timeslot. We called them back the next day to see if anybody else signed up no one had but they were hopeful that they could take us even still just being the two of us. Saying that they would call us back and text us with what information they would get. They never returned a phone call or text message. once we showed up even though on their Google, it says they’re open, they were closed. So we called again and somebody did answer. However, he asked the weights of the writers and I’m not considered overweight, but I am almost 250 pounds and then he informed us that that is their policy. It can’t be over 230 pounds. incredibly disappointing. On their website it’s in fine print and if not read methodically, it would be overlooked. We also went inside the first time and they didn’t say anything about the weight issue. We got all signed up the first day and we were about to pay, but I decided if this isn’t guaranteed let’s not pay for it because they said they would have to keep some money for the deposit and what not. So we were all lined up ready to go, and she never asked us our Weight. Kind of surprising and unprofessional. we came out here specifically for the zip line. The weekend was bad weather, but this was planned for Monday. Through all of this, we felt like we were pulling teeth to get good customer service and or answers to our questions. Official complaint We did not feel like our business was wanted. Terrible communication with customers. Disappointed in the rules...
Read moreThis was our first visit to Durango and felt a zip line tour would be an appropriate activity for the area. I booked a 6-line tour just a few days before coming out. Kaci called the day before to ask about flexibility because there were no other bookings. After we talked for a few minutes, she indicated they would just leave the reservation where it was and we’d play it by ear (maybe even just taking us out). Everything worked out and we went for our tour. Kaci greeted us and went through our debriefing before taking us out. The walk up to the first tower is definitely a workout. But, we made it to the top where we met another small group and our guides, Parker and Austin. The guides made it a lot of fun while also helping to calm nerves. They were engaging and informative. They took their time to ensure safety and even kidded around with the group. When our tour was over, they even offered some suggestions for places to eat downtown and other things to see in the area. I’d highly recommend these guys for the zip line tours and would come back to partake in some of the other...
Read moreWent here with my family during our vacation to Durango, and it was a blast! At first I was quite nervous as this was my first time doing a zipline but it was a lot easier than I thought and A LOT more fun than I expected it to be. Shout out to our guides, Dan and Cara(Kara?) for making the experience even better! They made the experience much more fun! They were extremely encouraging and always cheering you on, and we shared lots of laughs together (jokes coming from both the guides and my family). It was great! Fair Warning, there is a slight hike before the zipline starts. Dont worry though, there are breaks with snacks and water and Cara will be there to wait for you if you ever need to catch your breath! Another warning, there will be a dad joke a long the way on the hike ! Though I love dad jokes so it was great to me hehe. All in all, extremely fun, very great experience whether its your first time or youve done other zipline acitivities...
