I've waited awhile to write a review because it's been difficult to put into words how kind, genuine, and truly gifted Pamela Ptak is. I called her the day before I was going to pick up my wedding gown. It was a sample gown because my (now) husband and I just decided to elope. She immediately made time for me the next day to bring the gown directly from the store to our first fitting. During the first fitting, Pamela not only made me feel comfortable, but took into account our shortened timeframe to complete the dress and alterations that would make my dress look amazing on my wedding day. After our first fitting we had a few more fittings and she also taught me poses to prepare for the photographer and made sure I was comfortable lifting the skirt of my dress because I wouldn't have anyone there to bustle it. Pamela was creative, thorough, and I felt so confident in my gown on my wedding day because it fit me like a glove. In 2018, she altered my wedding dress and made a custom lace overlay, which was beyond gorgeous. Her creativity knows no bounds. Her attention to detail is so meticulous it’s mind-blowing.
