I called City Electric to see if they had a hard-to-find strain relief bracket for a 4-wire dryer cord. Todd was very helpful on the phone, and after he assured me that City Electric employees would be wearing masks - which is an essential requirement for me - I came in. When I got there, Todd helped me right away. While he couldn't find the exact part, he was willing to take a part off an existing cord set. He patiently let me video him showing how to retrofit it. When it came time to pay for the part, he told me it was on him! The least I could do is let everyone know what kind of service I received at City Electric. You can be sure that they will be my first stop for electrical supplies...

The customer service and help I received from John was phenomenal!! He went above and beyond to help me find the right parts I needed was very patient kind understanding helpful in so many ways and even ensured we had the correct parts as well as looked up and called other branches to help find more parts that were not available at their location !
