I DONT recommend this company to no one, honestly. It’s crazy because someone else recommended this company to me. They had me and my baby standing outside in the heat for hours waiting for them to come service my car and never showed up, TWICE. They was supposed to had came 5/24 to service my car and never showed. I was outside at 1am waiting for them to come because they kept saying they were coming even at the late hours, you would think they would simply reschedule but they did not. They still had my money and we waited for them to reach out next day 5/25 and they NEVER did, We had to call them. The owner( Joseph ) was real apologetic and offered to come at 12pm ( after threatening the company ) and NOTHING…STILL. He stood us up and didn’t care. I’m a single mom and I needed my car fixed at its earliest convenience, I’m truly disappointed and furious. Then to cover the technicians tracks, he told my boyfriend he was going to go in and cancel our order but still come and service our vehicle?? I have a 4yr degree, I know when something sounds suspect/fishy and I feel they was trying to insult my intelligence and pull a fast one. It’s the fact they kept lying and saying they was 10/15 min away and stuff but never was. That is scary to be able to comfortably LIE like that. They had no compassion for my situation and simply did not care. I PAID for my service like everyone else that was getting serviced but I walked away with no service. Then going to say we have issues getting our equipment and trucks in certain areas, why does your site say you service the Raleigh area then? I’ve used Firestone mobile unit before and it went incredibly smooth. This makes mobile units look bad. The most unprofessional and unpleasant experience I’ve ever had.
