Absolutely awful company. First of all there is nobody in shipping/receiving office, so you have to wait for them hours and hours. Second, if you got dock after #12, you got a problems with docking, because there are a lot of debris in they yard like brocken pallets, kegs, etc. And of course, you CAN NOT park for overnight on the street. Even if the shipping office told you so. If you park on the street you’ll get the knock in your door and very rood guard demands you leave they properly. Again street is they properly even if there’s no one sight like “Private driveway “ or “Private property “, or “No parking “… Anyway this company is in my personal list “Never...

My appointment for pickup was 2 PM. I got there around 12:15. You can find a cabinet for check-in at the entrance, but there's nobody at the window for that cabinet. You will find a barcode; you have to scan it and fill out fields and send it. On the left, you can find a door for shipping and receiving. You can check with them if they received that form. Usually, load numbers start with 643. When I've done with them, they asked me to wait around 1:15. I got a dock around 2:10pm. I left the yard. You have to make sure you have 2 straps in the trailer to get your load. Nobody will touch your trailer if you don't have them....

Only gave this place 2 stars as bathroom was semi clean and accessible and workers were nice. But…. They are very slow and could care less about drivers time. They are strict about appt time and check in is out front off a QR code. ( my appt was at 4:00 pm arrived 1:08. Got a door at 4:20pm here it is 5:45 pm not a single thing taken off trailer. Empty plastic pallets and empty kegs. They prioritize there local runs first. Bad place to come unless you...
