This store is AMAZING! The staff, managed by Luis Soto, is exceedingly friendly and helpful, answering questions and pointing folks in the direction of items of interest. Denise, George, Flossie, Karen and Alex always have a smile and warm greeting for customers! The store is always immaculate and merchandised beautiffuly, paying special attention to groupings that create stories, and frequently refreshing the floor. I walked into the store for the first time in many years. First impression was that the store was clean and very well organized. I spoke to a very nice woman in the furniture area and told her I was looking for items for our local high schools' play. She directed me to the manager Julie. Julie got out of her office and when I asked her if she could loan us some items she was more that happy to help. She not only showed me around the store but offered me some great ideas for accent pieces for the play. Filially she helped myself and another worked load things into my van. Over the past several years I have donated a large amount of inventory to this cause both personally and on behalf of my clients. It seems they have now changed their policy to requiring photos of all the items prior to donation which is frankly unacceptable. It is simply too much to coordinate photos, wait on approval and then schedule a time to meet with the pick up trucks. I have always taken great joy in being able to donate items to a good cause and keep them out of the trash but now their policies are making that an impossibility.
