Eagleville Farmers Co-op — Local services in Eagleville

Our family business has spent thousands of dollars a month at this coop on fuel between off road and diesel for almost a year now. Now that they have a new off road pump in front of the store instead of at the tire shop, we got our diesel at the tire shop and pulled over to the off road pump. First problem is that they advertised that the farmers would be able to get fuel at night at the off road pump.. Wrong! You can only use it if you have a CFS card which seems silly to me because why wouldn’t you want our money now instead of waiting for someone to pay off their bill. Secondly, we go up to the window and ask if they will cut the pump on for the off road since we use a debit card (at the tire shop you pull up and they automatically cut it on) and the man tells us “yes i will if you let me hold your debit card while you pump.” Obviously as customers who spend this much money, we left because we have been loyal customers and deserve a little more respect than that. Turns out, it was the manager of the store who we were working with!! I did tell him that he should be aware of his customers who are spending a lot of money at their store before they treat them as an unworthy human of being trusted. This place is great. They have a good selection of products. Their prices are lower than anywhere I've seen. To top it off Their staff is extremely helpful and just nice people. Wish I lived closer. Not many places...
