My wife and I decided to investigate eBikes. We searched for a “local” shop and found “The eBike Revolution Store” in Boyertown, PA. This location was a little outside of our normal circle, but we decided to make the trip. Following the GPS, it took us through some beautiful rural wooded areas. We were expecting to find the typical strip mall store front, so when the GPS directed us to a secluded area, and a property with a farmhouse and barn, we were a little surprised. This “shop” is defiantly what is called a destination location. Although the location is somewhat isolated, the business is setup extremely well with a showroom, a barn/warehouse, and a repair shop. Be aware that the shop sign is very small, and easily overlooked. Trust your GPS. The owner, David, and his staff are very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the ins and outs of eBikes. We did not experience any high-pressure sales pitch. Although there are many bikes on display, this is not an off the rack shop. Do not expect to walk away with a new bike the day you shop. This is a quality operation and they will assemble your bike with the options and features you have requested. David and his team are top notch and place customer satisfaction as their highest priority. I highly recommend the Hollywood bike racks.

This business is owned by a fantastic family. I called around to other places and nobody called me back. Then I realized the time and it was a holiday. Lol. It truly was a laughing moment for my fiance. Until David called me back from a closed business. who's is laughing now... haha. David answered all my questions and invited my fiance and I to his place to ride every E Bike he had. I have to say David and his wife truly treated us like family. Needless to say, we bought two bikes from Dave. Now check this out!. I was ready to take the bikes home in a box. Then dave said, "I really like to have my Mechanics build them for you, im not going to charge you anything more. I'd rather make sure your bikes are torqued to the manufacture specifications, tuned, and built correctly. I prefer it because i want it done right for you guys. " This was amazing because anyone else would have loaded the bikes in the car, took the sale, and went on to the next customer. Nope, David would rather pay his mechanics to build our bikes correctly for no further cost to us. I was going to buy the bikes online, but thank goodness I didn't. I would have never gotten the additional warranties that David provides. The bikes would have come in a box online, and we would have never met dave and his wife. We were so pleased to have met them. They were so helpful and pleasant. I will be going to The ebike Revolution Store for my services and everything else I need. I never leave reviews..... this time, I had to. ...

The owner was extremely rude to me when he found out that all I wanted to do was test drive the bike and that I would not be buying it from him because he could not honor my $100 off coupon. After explaining everything to him that I wanted to do the owner (Dave) said, "I'm sorry I will not honor your $100 off Velotrec coupon and we're closed for the day. " Then he just turned around and walked away. I feel the owner was extremely rude because he could not offer financing to me in order for me to purchase the bike from them today. Since I didn't want to purchase the bike today from them, nothing else that I wanted to do there wasn't important. All he cared about was selling me the bike.

Edit: In response to the owner's reply: I came there because I wanted to learn everything I could about the bike I was interested in and see if it was the proper bike for me. Plus, this place was the closest business that dealt with that brand of bike. I guess being excited about finally getting to see and test ride an E Bike I've been researching for months is not allowed at this place. You will be falsely accused of being under the influence if you show too much excitement and enthusiasm.

Also this is the only review I've posted about this place. Look it up there is no other post from me regarding...
