Valley View Pecan Company's customer service is top tier! I live in Texas, so I place online orders. I have many local options to buy fresh, unsalted pecans and other nuts, but the quality of their products is superior and worth the shipping charge. My last order was the first time that I encountered an issue, but it was an issue beyond their control and not their fault. I always receive my orders in 2, maybe 3 days from ordering. This last order however, just kept looping around in the USPS system, notifying me the order would be delivered daily, but never actually going into "out for delivery" status. It looped around in their system for 6 days before finally being delivered. Stopped in for some pecans and very pleased! What a cute little store with very friendly people that were very helpful. The store was easy to find on my google maps and it was well lit and nice and clean. Check out was so quick and easy and the lady was so kind. I purchased 5 pounds of paper shell pecans and they are amazing! Very good quality at a great price. Would highly recommend and they are definitely worth the drive from OKC!
