Nice new facility. But that’s about the only positive thing about this place. During June 2021 when I walked in to get a prescription they forced a mask on me even though I was covering my face with my shirt. Nobody was even in there as it was close to closing. Then when my children went to an outside summer back to school event, they insisted we wear masks outside and proceeded to give us dirty looks. I am a scientist and it’s proven that masks do not work…. Well they might improve your chances of not getting Covid by like 1%…. All the while while getting heat exhaustion from being outside and not being able to breathe. Let’s use common sense people. Carbon medical center pushes contraceptives and I’d actually be surprised if they don’t push abortion with their family planning elevated. A friend of ours who worked there said that she was being forced to get the vaccine even though she has natural immunity. These government run facilities are just here in this town to pad their pockets with tax dollar funds. Our family will never step foot in this...

Last visit was to renew pain medication, a very small number of lower dose narcotic that I renew maybe once per year for incredibly painful back issues. Same prescription taken for years, was made to feel like a drug seeking addict, drug tested, questioned, generally made to feel really horrible. Was prescribed 21 tablets, but mysteriously I received only 19 of them, normally have received 40 that usually last me a year for flare ups. The pharmacy has a history of shorting me on medications on a regular basis, never had that problem at Lyn’s or even Walmart. Then there is the problem of having a different provider all the time. And they don’t keep the good ones that care about their patients and develop a relationship of trust and support. I will be going elsewhere from now on. Dental office is still trying to get me to pay a bill that my insurance paid and I paid also,, insurance said the bill was over paid so dental office owed me a refund that I never got from over 2 years ago...now they want a $30 payment,,,this is inexcusable and records are not kept updated,,,this bill was paid in full 2 years ago by myself and my insurance,,,oh and dental office returned payment to insurance but trying to make me pay the bill that I was told paid in full,,, not good business practices,,,,,they have a new dentist now but not able to go because as quot New dentist is not in network and wanting me to pay a new dental bill on top of them being over paid from over 2 years ago,,, not...
