I'm in the industry of World Class Customer Service, so when I experience that, I have to let everyone know. I've had 3 mobile mechanics look at my old 71 and after they worked on it, left it a little worse than when they started. I still want her to run and the work but the work needed is beyond my skill set so I keep looking for the mechanic that can help. Silent Garage LLC is the first to ask thorough questions before saying he could or couldn't do it. After conversing a little while about my car's issues, he concluded that it would need more work and focus than him coming out would fix. Before this conclusion, he took time to go over troubleshooting steps with me and explained why those troubleshooting steps were needed. Such great insight. Good news is I had done those steps. Bad news, it didn't get her back on the road yet. Next, Brandon went over the benefits of getting my car into the right shop why that was the next best step. I saved time and money on a diag all through messenger and all because Brandon wanted to make sure that my time and money would be put to actually getting my 71 back on the road, even if that meant he wasn't getting the time and money. Integrity and World Class Customer Service in a mechanic that I haven't experienced on this level. There are definitely good mechanics with Integrity that would've showed up to run a diag and either try something that may or may not work. I really am taken back by Brandon because he could've done that, but he took an extra step in just talking this issue through with me, confirming what had been done, and then providing a next best step that didn't even have him in the picture, sinning because it was the right thing for me as the customer. World Class right there. I will definitely use Silent Garage LLC for future projects that he can help with because I'm trusting he'll always do what's right and I'm truly grateful for this first experience with this mechanic....

Hello! First id like to start off by saying I typically never write reviews.. That being said, I totally had to after the experience I just had! Brandon is truly the definition of a "stand-up man"! From our first conversation until my car was fixed everything was super easy with him! Not to mention, he drove all the way to Tooele while it was snowing to make sure the job still got done instead of cancelling on me!! Which I appreciate so much. That right there should speak volumes about his character and the pride he takes in making sure his customers are happy as well as keeping his word. He has integrity which is admirable! He totally could've lied and taken my money when I went to pay not realizing I was over paying him, instead he was honest and didn't! Not to mention, he's a great conversationalist and extremely knowledgeable in what he's doing. So if you don't wanna leave after getting work done on your car feeling like you spent WAY too much or like you just got lied too.. Then I would genuinely recommend Brandon! I promise you...

Silent Garage (Brandon) is an attentive, and keeps in contact with questions and updates. I needed the ball joints replaced on my Nissan Versa. I asked him if the control arms needed to be replaced, he showed me what they looked like and showed me how much play/movement they had. Brandon said they were fine for now and it isn't urgent to replace them, but keep that repair in mind for down the road. He got the work done in about 2 hrs. He told me to take it for a spin, as I started to leave I heard a noise. He told me to bring it back. He raised the front, checked the tires and brakes and noticed one of the dust shield needed to be adjusted. He corrected it and told me to drive it around the block. I came back, paid him, and thanked him for his time. I will use Silent Garage again!
